horseradish deviled eggs

Because every recipe can use a little added spice...

HORSERADISH DEVILED EGGS

6 hard boiled eggs
1/4 cup mayo
2 tbsp prepared horseradish (or more!)
1 tsp dill weed
1/2 tsp ground mustard
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
paprika to sprinkle

Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks, mashing them with mayo, horseradish, dill, mustard, salt & pepper. Pipe or spoon into egg whites, sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate.
